Perhaps, here safer was to play 13...0-0 14 f3 Ne5 15 Rac1 Nc6 16 Qf2 Rfd8, as in the game Bjarnason-Thorhallsson, Akureyri 1997. 14. Rac1
Rc8??
I played this horrible move very quickly. I still do not understand why Black may need it. After 14...0-0! Black would be OK. However, it took White's brilliant play to show what was wrong with Black's move. 15. Na4!!

I did not like to play 16...Ned7, pinning my knight. As the analysis shows, White wins after 17 Rxc5! Qxc5 18 Nxe6, for example: 18... Qe5 19 Nxg7+ Kf8 20 Bh6. 17. Rxc5

Here I hard difficult time choosing between 18... Nxe4 and 18...Rhc8. As it happened, I made the wrong choice. Still, after 18... Nxe4 19 Nxc5 Nxc5 White has 20 Qd2! (suggested by Tony Miles) and Black is in deep trouble. Rhc8??
