I'm working hard, as I'm sure the people at this site are, to bring something useful to the chess community into cyberspace. Thanks to your forum, I'd like to call attention to a new site at MSN Groups which I have called "Alekhine Memorial Online Chess." You may wonder why I should name the group after a chess grandmaster who has been so long dead. (Answer: Because I so enjoyed his games from eras before, during, and after his World Champion status. He taught me most of what I know about chess. And some people have even commented that I resemble a youthful Alekhine, although now I'm about to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I don't feel so youthful anymore!)
Please visit this group often--it is evolving from infancy into whatever YOU, the chessplayer, wants it to be. Your input is important to me, and would be greatly appreciated. Here is a link to my world of chess:
