Our next online chess auction will take place on May 29-31. Bidding will start on the 29th of May and close on May 31st (from 19:01 London time onwards). A few lots have been already posted and more will follow shortly. On sale there will be many rare tournament books and lots of other interesting items. This may well be our biggest sale so far. For technical reasons I had to move the date of this auction forward - my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

GM Alexander Baburin, 8 May 2008

Please note that lock at the web-pages may be slightly out of sync - always check the actual "closing time" the clock is showing for every lot. To get a better idea how much time remains before bidding is closed, refresh (reload) web pages frequently. Towards the end every new bid will set the remaining time as 5 minutes. Thus bidding will go on as long as there are two bidders. While you don't have time increment in real-life auctions, there you won't be bidding at several lots at the same time either. The time increment discourages the use of special software, which would submit bids seconds before bidding is closed. We trust this system benefits our clients, making our auctions more enjoyable.

If you want to bid at our auctions, you need to register. This is easy - follow the 'Registration' link and choose your user name. Do not use blank spaces in your user name. Note that you may not receive your password from us immediately, so do not leave registering till the last moment! We try to verify that a newly registered user is a genuine chess collector, so we will be in touch with you.

Attention registered users: if you cannot log in, contact me via e-mail. If you don't know my e-mail address, then phone me on 353-1-278-2276 or send a fax to 353-1-283-6839. Please note that simply requesting your user name and password to be sent to your e-mail will work ONLY if we have your current e-mail address in our system.
NB We frequently remove those users, whose e-mail addresses constantly bounce.
